Introduction:
• Operate as Delivery Lead for a Transaction Cycle or set of transactions cycles to provide end to end Process Automation service involving ideation, solution, building the solution and maintaining service stability in faster and better way for Operations to create capacity.
• Proactively engage with stakeholders in automation discovery and solve using intelligent automation tools and techniques
• Driving the design and delivery of Automation use cases
• Ensuring end to end engineering delivery demand inception through to release management and production roll-out
• Driving new ways of working to improve colleague engagement and efficiencies with outcome to reduce cost and increase speed of delivery
• Integrating the platform into various products of Barclays using appropriate techniques incl API
• People management including engagement, performance and development decisions
• Support the Quality management process to ensure product delivered is of the highest quality
• Managing multiple demands, resource supply and orchestrating delivery of multiple changes across releases in adherence to organizational process governance
• Owning engineering delivery framework, ensuring that plans are developed and tracked to appropriate standards, are integrated effectively across all engineering areas, are unambiguous and achievable, and that dependencies are clearly understood and managed
• Driving team's journey to fully Agile way of working and utilizing automated DevOps CI:CD pipelines tools
• Driving engineering and process efficiencies with focus on automated metrics reporting
• Ensure stability in production by taking ownership of service end to end and be accountable to stakeholders
What will you be doing?
• Drive technical transformation of the team to become intelligent process automation team
• Design, lead and develop intelligent design for automating operational processes across business units by working with delivery teams
• Design lead and develop frameworks to integrate utilities, tools and products
• Continuous touch with market to understand the trends in intelligent automation tools and products for Barclays to leverage, this includes start-ups

Skills that will help you in the role:
• Worked in Intelligent Process Automation teams and Salesforce
• Hands on experience on designing intelligent process automation incl cognitive and machine learning modules
• Experience in implementing Salesforce projects
• Hands on experience on building process framework using Python or Java
• Knowledge of products and tools in the market related to intelligent automation
• Hands on experience in building ML and cognitive computing modules
• Technical skill (hands-on) – Python, Java, RPA tool (BP, UIPath)
