More than 14 years of experience in project management/delivery in software development, application support
Have prior experience in building and growing an offshore development unit (COE) supporting a regional/head office
Having bank operation and good understanding of ops procedures is highly advantageous
For example: FAST payment, loan booking process, pooling and sweeping and customer on boarding.
Experience in corporate banking or Transaction banking
Possess good experience with good knowledge in the following:
Core banking, loans and deposits and liquidity management
Cash management domain
SDLC framework and bank's regulatory framework
Be analytical and applies critical thinking toward examining systems and design requirements, open-minded and innovative in exploring new and alternative solutions to optimize systems, arriving at sound decisions and solutions.
Deep dive, problem solving, RCA and systemic thinking to reach to the cause of issues
Strong leader who is able to communicate his/her ideas persuasively and sustain positive relationships with team members and other stakeholders.
Experienced in working with and growing geo-distributed teams will be an advantage
