Job Description:
Roles And Responsibilities
• Collaborate with various internal business units, technology teams, and vendors to identify, conceptualize, and deliver transformative automation opportunities.
• Manage a Team of developers and analysts, also responsible for IT Project Management for RPA and other Emerging Technologies
• Understand business processes and requirements, design framework and solutions which automate or improve the existing process.
• Work as a bridge between the Business and Technology Teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility and deploy automation solution.
• Responsible for the timely delivery and quality of the solutions provided, also maximizing both qualitative and quantitative business benefit.
• Drive RPA Projects by closely working with various Sunlife Teams (Platform, IT, Network, Server, Database, Security etc.)
• Leading and managing a technical team.
Mandate Skills
• Required engineering degree with 10+ years of IT experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in architecture, development, deployment and scheduling of RPA and Digital solutions.
• Experience in managing RPA projects from initiation to closure.
• Demonstrated project management skills and familiarity with Agile and scrum philosophies and techniques.
• Knowledge of Document Digitization solutions – Hyper Science, Kofax or cloud services from services from AWS, GCP or Azure desired
• Knowledge of Lean process improvement practices desired
• Preferred project management certifications PMP, Prince 2
• Preferred AD01, APD01, ASD01 certification from Blue Prism
