Tower Leader - Will report to theCustomer Leader - Will handle a Span of ~250 staff across multiple LOB /Countries - Responsible for delivering Client SLA and Business Metric for theUnit , Daily interaction with Customer ( India ) and Country , Responsible formanaging business ( Meeting Revenue Goals , Delivering Results without penaltyand needs to be a lead process expert ( SME ) who will be given training toalign to the business - Works with the Customer for definition / agreement ofnew SLA -Daily / Weekly & Monthly Connect with managers to outline andwork on LOB business objectives and challenges
