Job Description
Location – Mumbai
An excellent opportunity for a professional holding 12+ years of experience in Delivery Management. The person will be responsible to manage the total development one or more of Management Systems clients (including internal clients), called a work stream. He/She deliver high quality technical solutions to the clients through the effective leadership of systems development staff either directly or indirectly.

• Project Management: Identify and implement methods, processes, tools, etc. to reduce development time. Ensure that processes/methodologies are followed which lead to zero fault status of products/services at time of delivery to the client.
• People Management: Accurate estimation of staffing levels required to deliver projects on time and to budget. Effective recruitment, selection and development of project staff.
• Customer Service / Support: Developing effective working relationships with key clients to facilitate communication and reduce misunderstandings. These to be based on standard working
