Job Role
1. Basic Accounting Knowledge for AP / AR.
2. Knowledge of Foreign Currency Invoice Payment processing.
3. Payment Details updation on the System.
4. Knowledge of SAP for entries to be passed in SAP (as & when required), preferable.
5. Coordination for all the Third-Party Vendors invoices till payment processing, sometimes our Member Firms too if required.
6. Preparation & emailing the WHT certificates of all stake holders & Third-Party Vendors, every quarter.
7. Any other work as & when required.
8. Multiple report creation and analysis.
Attributes:
1. Knowledge of SAP is preferable.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft office (excel, ppts, word document etc.)
3. Good soft skills (communication skill, email writing, presentation skills)
4. Should be pro-active and Work as a team
