Position: Demand Generation Manager (B2B SaaS)
As the Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by developing and executing effective lead generation strategies for our B2B SaaS products.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and nurture prospects throughout the buyer's journey.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align strategies and optimize conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute demand generation strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads, including email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, paid advertising, events, and webinars.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify target audience segments, key trends, and opportunities for demand generation.
Create compelling and targeted messaging and content across various channels to engage and educate the target audience, leveraging both written and visual assets.
Collaborate closely with the content marketing team to develop and optimize high-quality lead generation assets, including whitepapers, case studies, e-books, and blog posts.
Implement lead nurturing programs to cultivate prospects and drive conversions, leveraging marketing automation and CRM tools.
Analyze and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness and increase ROI.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment between marketing and sales processes.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation, and apply them to improve campaign performance and overall marketing strategies.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support demand generation initiatives, as needed.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
6-10 years in B2B SaaS demand generation, preferably within the technology industry.
Strong knowledge of demand generation strategies, tactics, and tools, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, such as email marketing, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
Proficient in marketing analytics, with the ability to measure and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs
