In 2020, Deutsche Bank and Google signed a ten-and-a-half-year partnership based on three key pillars:
• Migration of 1000+ applications to Google Cloud Platform
• Co-innovation, Co-investment, and Co-development in a strategic partnership
• Cultural change and training
To facilitate this migration strategy the Demand Management Team, accelerate the adoption of public cloud services by establishing a strategic cloud transformation and innovation partnership with Google.
Owning the 'Front door' process, working with CIO communities, and setting delivery scope, and maintaining stringent governance in conjunction with the Monthly Recurring Cost model.

Your key responsibilities
• Close interaction with CIO communities to maintain application golden source with an 18-month rolling view for migration in conjunction with the modelled business case for the programme
• Ensure application readiness for the initiation of the migration lifecycle to Google Cloud Platform. Promoting better business analysis practices and foster adoption of analysis standards and tools within the vendor model
• Manage Change in conjunction with the CIO delivery leads and application teams
• Undertake analysis and modelling of the application pipeline and business case to ensure a robust process and to meet Monthly Revenue Commitments against actuals and forecast costs
• Working with platform leads and system architect to ensure solutions align to the IT roadmap for developing the strategic Google Cloud Platform
Your skills and experience
• Strong track record of Business Analysis within Financial Services
• Self-motivated and independent thinker with a strong attention to detail who is used to working to stringent deadlines; operate independently; being proactive with line management when help and guidance is required to progress
• Demonstrate excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Previously owning product backlogs, sprint planning and driving release content throughout via prioritised stories
• Previous experience of requirements generation, triage, and delivery process
• Strong experience of financial
