An opportunity to work as a Chef in a hotel environment has become available at Novotel Sydney Darling Square. Located amongst Sydney's CBD, Darling Harbour, Darling Square, and ICC precincts, our hotel is the perfect location for guests.
This role involves working alongside our Executive Chef to prepare food for our breakfast buffet, Pumphouse Sydney, in-room dining, and function service. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, ensuring high-quality products, and organizing assigned sections efficiently.
Qualifications for this position include a commercial cookery qualification and experience as a Chef in a hotel environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at working under pressure, able to work well in a team environment, and have strong organizational skills.
