To support our kitchen team we are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie
to start as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
• professional preparation and creative presentation of our high-quality warm and cold meals
• professional instruction and leading of employees at any position
• functional support of the kitchen team at any position
• self-reliant acceptance of goods and quality control of orders to ensure product quality and guest satisfaction
• consequent compliance with our internal quality standards and hygiene regulations according to HACCP
• ensure that kitchen processes run smoothly
Your skills:
• successfully completed training as chef/cook (m/f) or within the gastronomy
• solid practical experience and expertise
• flexible and team-minded
• willingness to work in shifts and on the weekend
• reliability, endurance and high motivation
• independent, organized way of working
• passion for the profession
• accurate work with a view for details
