You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. TheDemi Chef de Partie is responsible to assist in the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the outlet, in accordance with the restaurant's standards and financial goals

Qualifications
Basic Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers
Should have worked in a busy kitchen
Food Innovation - Experiments to come up with new specialities that will draw customers
Keeps up with the trends in cooking and restaurant business
Should have worked previously as a DCDP, minimum prior experience of 5-10 Years in the Industry.
Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
Strong communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
