Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Novotel Sydney Darling Square. As part of the Accor network, our hotel is strategically located in the heart of Sydney's CBD, Darling Harbour, Darling Square, and ICC precincts.
Key Responsibilities
Work alongside our Executive Chef to prepare food for our breakfast buffet and assist with Pumphouse Sydney, in-room dining, and function service.
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment while ensuring a high-quality product.
Monitor stock daily and advise the Sous Chef of product requirements in advance.
Requirements
Commercial cookery qualification.
Experience as a Chef in a hotel environment, preferably in a high-volume setting.
