Demo Coordinator - Body Energy Club King George Hub, Surrey and Brentwood, Burnaby
MUST HAVE A VALID BC DRIVERS LICENSE AND A RELIABLE VEHICLE
Role Summary
The Community Demo Coordinator is responsible for expanding local brand presence and driving measurable store traffic through strategic sampling activations and partnership development across Surrey and Burnaby Locations. This role focuses on identifying high-impact locations, securing recurring demo opportunities, and executing professional on-site activations that convert neighbourhood awareness into in-store visits.
Success in this role is measured by demo volume, quality of partnerships secured, recurring activation growth, and contribution to store traffic during activation periods.
Key Responsibilities
1. Opportunity Identification
Map and prioritize high-traffic demo locations within a 2–10 km radius (gyms, offices, condos, events, schools, sports leagues, run clubs, wellness clinics).
Research new neighbourhoods and emerging developments for expansion demos.
Maintain a rolling 15 day demo pipeline.
2. Outreach & Booking
Proactively contact businesses, property managers, fitness studios, corporate offices, and event organizers.
Pitch demo partnerships via in-person visits, phone, email, and social media outreach.
Negotiate placement terms (table space, timing, member perks, cross-promotion).
Secure minimum weekly demo targets (e.g., 4–8 per week).
3. Demo Execution
Set up and break down sampling stations professionally and efficiently.
Prepare and serve product samples safely and in compliance with food handling standards.
Engage prospects confidently and communicate brand positioning clearly.
Capture leads (QR sign-ups, promo cards, bounce-back offers).
Drive immediate store visits where possible.
4. Lead & Revenue Tracking
Track number of demos conducted, samples served, leads captured, and redemptions.
Report weekly metrics including cost per demo, conversion rate, and ROI.
Recommend improvements to messaging
5. Brand Representation
Represent the company professionally in all neighbourhood interactions.
Build long-term relationships with partner locations.
Identify recurring partnership opportunities (monthly demo days, corporate smoothie programs).
Performance Targets (KPIs)
Minimum demos per week (target set by management).
Conversion rate to in-store purchase.
Partnerships secured per month.
Revenue directly attributable to demo activity.
Qualifications
1–3 years in field marketing, sales, brand ambassador, or community outreach roles.
Comfortable approaching strangers and initiating conversations.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Organized and capable of managing multiple bookings simultaneously.
Able to lift and transport demo materials (20–30 lbs).
Food Safe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
