Demolition Labourer – Flatline Demolition
Location: Melbourne and surrounding suburbs | Full-Time | Immediate Start
Flatline Demolition is seeking reliable and hardworking Demolition Labourers to join our experienced team. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing company that delivers high-quality demolition, asbestos removal, and detailed strip-out services across Victoria.
About the Role
As a Demolition Labourer, you will support a variety of demolition projects in a physically demanding and rewarding role. You will work alongside a skilled crew and report directly to the Site Supervisor. At all times, you will be expected to prioritise safety and comply with site procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Manual demolition using hand and power tools
Loading and removal of materials and debris
Assisting with machinery and site equipment
General site clean-up and safety maintenance
Following instructions to meet project timelines and standards
Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures
Requirements
White Card (mandatory)
Prior experience in demolition, construction, or labouring preferred
Asbestos awareness training or removal tickets highly regarded
Strong commitment to safety and hazard awareness
Physically fit with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to travel to various sites
Punctual, reliable, and a team player
