Dental Administrator
We are looking for a Dental Administrator to join our dynamic and growing team in Calgary, Alberta.
We are actively seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dental Administrator to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis.
The ideal candidate for the role of Dental Administrator at our clinic thrives in a collaborative environment, excels in behind-the-scenes organization, system implementation, and structural management to ensure the seamless operation of our practice.
Our clinic specializes in general and family dentistry, boasting a team of experienced dentists and highly skilled professionals. We take pride in serving a loyal base of long-term patients while warmly welcoming new ones daily. What would you bring to this position:
• Minimum 2 years of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Dental Receptionist
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is an asset
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix are considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
• Detail oriented
• Excellent at multi-tasking
