Full job description
Dental practice in Rotorua is looking to employ a dental assistant permanently. You will be required to undertake all relevant dental assistant work including assisting the dentist in procedures, sterilising equipment, cleaning, reception work and other related duties. Proficiency with Exact software would be preferred. The position will be paid weekly, is full time and starts immediately with 36 hours of work a week.
We are willing train a suitable candidate for the role.
Duties:
Providing chair-side assistance (e.g. handing equipment to dentists, spraying and suction)
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed (e.g. billing, maintaining patient records)
Routinely maintaining and sterilising equipment
Assisting with front office tasks as needed (e.g. reception)
