We're a doctor-owned private practice in Phoenix that's growing quickly and building something special. We're looking for a reliable Dental Assistant who wants to learn, takes pride in their work, and cares about doing right by patients.
This is the opposite of corporate dentistry. No quotas, no scripts, no rushing patients through. We focus on quality dentistry, great patient care, and doing the small things right.
What you'll do
• Chairside assist across a range of general, restorative, and surgical procedures
• Take and process digital X-rays
• Set up rooms, turn them over, and handle sterilization and infection control
• Help patients feel calm, informed, and well taken care of from start to finish
• Support the doctor and clinical team throughout the day
• Keep the back office organized, stocked, and running smoothly
• Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance
What we're looking for
• Arizona X-ray certification (required)
• Reliable, organized, and a strong work ethic
• Genuine willingness to learn and grow with the practice
• Good communication with patients and teammates
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Bonus points (not required, but a plus)
• CAD/CAM and same-day crown workflows
• Endo (root canal) assisting
• Surgery and implant assisting
Compensation
Pay depends on experience. We invest in our team through hands-on training and continuing education, so there's real room to grow your skills here.
