Looking for a role where you’re valued, supported, and enjoy coming to work? We’re seeking two friendly, motivated Dental Assistant & Receptionist team members to join our caring dental practice in Adelaide.
We have two permanent part‑time roles available:
Tuesday & Wednesday (2 days per week)
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (3 days per week)
Perfect for someone wanting stable hours, good work–life balance, and a long‑term role in a professional healthcare setting.
About the role …
As a Dental Assistant & Receptionist, you’ll be at the heart of our practice, supporting our dentists, welcoming patients, and ensuring each visit runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll enjoy a varied role combining chairside assisting with front of house reception duties, all within a friendly and well organised team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced dental professional, who’s keen to grow and develop in the dental industry.

What you’ll be doing …
Assisting the Dentist during procedures, including chair‑side support and instrument sterilisation
Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and equipment
Welcoming patients and delivering a positive, reassuring experience
Managing appointments, bookings, recalls, and patient enquiries
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Processing payments and health fund claims
What we’re looking for …
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Dental Receptionist
A warm, professional manner with excellent communication skills
Strong organisation skills and the ability to multitask confidently
A positive team focused attitude and strong commitment to patient centred care
Familiarity with dental software (Oasis, Examine Pro) is an advantage but not essential
