Lumino Mount Eden is looking for a reliable Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our close-knit team on a Permanent and Full-time basis!
Responsibilities
As the first point of contact for our patients, our highly regarded DA/Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. Your varied responsibilities will include:
Our ideal candidate would have the flexibility to work at our other location at Lumino Ponsonby.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience as dental assistant
Ideally, sterilisation and/or customer-facing experience.
Greet patients, review their medical history and answer any questions they may have.
Take payments and make appointments.
Provide patient care and education, such as teaching them proper oral hygiene techniques.
Warm and positive attitude and team-orientated approach.
Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
Computer savvy skills with the ability to pick up things quickly.
Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.

With the ability to work between Lumino Mount Eden and Ponsonby, you will get the opportunity to be exposed to different demographics and areas and overall hone in on your DA skills in new environments.
