Job Description
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary supplies
Take and develop dental radiographs using CAD technology when required
Manage patient records accurately using dental software.
Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients
Ensure patient comfort and address any questions or concerns
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient check-in/check-out processes, acting as a dental receptionist when needed.
Educate patients on oral health care practices and treatment plans
Requirements
Work experience ideal, not mandatory. We will provide training.
Familiarity with dental software helpful, not mandatory. Willing to learn is!

Certification in Dental Assisting is required, ability to take radiographs and HARP certified a must!
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients of all ages.
Ability to make decisions to help with patient flow and care. To help create a smooth environment for all.
Professional attitude with excellent organizational skills
Prior experience working as a dental receptionist or in administrative roles within a dental practice is advantageous, not mandatory.
Must be committed to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient confidentiality
This is a specialty clinic, a bright fun place to work, with growth potential.
Hours at this time. M-TH 8-5pm. No Fridays! No nights! No weekends!

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
