Overview
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Dental Assistant & Receptionist to join our professional and friendly dental team. This role requires a strong clinical background as well as excellent front-desk and patient communication skills.
About the Role:
You will work across both clinical and reception areas, supporting our dentists in a wide range of treatments including:
Implants/general dentistry
Orthodontics
Other surgical and restorative procedures
You must be confident in chairside assisting, patient management, sterilisation protocols, and handling administrative duties at the reception desk
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of dental assisting experience
Strong reception skills, including patient booking, billing, and communication
Full proficiency with Dental 4 Web software
Experience assisting with implants, orthodontics, and all general dental procedures
Excellent time management, multitasking ability, and attention to detail
A reliable, positive, and professional approach to work
Strong teamwork and patient care focus
