Dental Assistant/Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- chair side Assistance with various dental procedure
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Manage patient records and update electronic medical records
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing
- Provide administrative support to the dental team, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Communicate with patients regarding appointment reminders and follow-up care
Skills:
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems.
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and file management
- Knowledge of front desk operations in a medical or dental office setting
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling patient inquiries
- Understanding of medical terminology related to dental procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient record
training will be provided as per experience.
