Are you a motivated and organized individual with Customer Service experience in USA healthcare industry? We’re looking for a Dental Customer Service Agent to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth front office operations while delivering exceptional support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Virtually Greet and communicate with patients in a friendly and professional manner
Handle inbound and outbound patient calls, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively
Manage and reschedule appointments for the dental hygienist and dentists as needed
Perform dental insurance eligibility verifications and assist with insurance-related queries
Support front office operations and contribute to efficient patient flow
Work on Patient Re-Activation for practice to ensure effective scheduling
Working with Office Management team in US to ensure a smooth patient transition between teams.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-ups
Requirements:
Previous experience in a dental office setting (front desk, coordinator, or patient caller role preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with U.S. patients
Knowledge of dental insurance processes and eligibility checks
Proficiency with dental scheduling software and RCM practices
Ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a U.S. healthcare/dental setup is highly preferred
