Key Responsibilities:
Digital Modeling: Collaborate with orthodontists to create customized digital models based on scans and impressions, incorporating specific adjustments into designs.
Treatment Planning: Analyze patient records, including x-rays and impressions, to develop comprehensive treatment plans aligned with orthodontic principles.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality control checks on digital models and aligner designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate design requirements and ensure seamless integration into the production process.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in aligner technology, proposing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Certified Dental Technician or equivalent qualification.
Extensive experience in digital modeling and CAD software.
