Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dental Nurse
GDC Registered to join our team in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. The Dental Nurse will play a crucial role in assisting the dental team and ensuring the smooth running of the practice.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the dentist during various treatment procedures
- Providing excellent patient care and maintaining comfort throughout appointments
- Managing infection control procedures and maintaining a clean and organised surgery environment
- Processing dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Recording patient notes accurately on digital IT systems
- Communicating effectively with patients, colleagues, and suppliers
- Assisting with reception duties when required
Skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues
- Strong organisational skills to manage various tasks efficiently
- Proficient IT skills for recording patient data accurately. Exact SOE software an advantage.
Radiography qualification an advantage
- Previous experience as a dental nurse is desirable
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care
- Fluency in English for effective communication with patients and staff
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
