Dental Office Administrator – Full-Time | $18–$28/hr

Location: Sunray Dental Centre – [Mississauga, ON]

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $18.00–$28.00 per hour

About Us

At Sunray Dental Centre, we’re a growing dental office focused on delivering exceptional patient care while creating a supportive and efficient team environment. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven and reliable Dental Office Administrator who is ready to work hard, grow with us, and take pride in contributing to a high-performing team.

This position is best suited for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and proactive. We move fast, support one another, and value individuals who bring a strong work ethic and a positive attitude every day. This is not a role for someone looking to coast or avoid responsibility — but for someone who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment and wants to be part of something great. We are looking for a candidate that is willing to learn, and can eventually be groomed to take on higher level positions such as treatment plan coordinator, financial coordinator, or even office manager.

What You'll Be Doing

Greeting patients and providing a warm, welcoming experience

Scheduling appointments and optimizing the daily schedule

Answering phone calls and managing patient inquiries

Handling billing, insurance submissions, and payments

Updating and maintaining accurate patient records

Collaborating with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Proficiency with dental softwares is an asset

Professional, punctual, and dependable

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

Legally eligible to work in Canada

What We Offer

Full time hourly wage: $18–$28/hr based on skill and experience
