Introduction:
Smile Solutions, "Melbourne's Home of Dentistry", is located in the magnificent Manchester Unity Building in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. We occupy four entire levels, plus the tower, all of which are of great significance within the art deco movement and Australia's national architectural heritage.
We are a multidisciplinary practice, home to over 60 practitioners, 20 of which are board registered specialists in the fields of oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics and prosthodontics.

We are seeking a person who LOVES customer service and thrives being part of a busy and successful team. As a Receptionist in our team no day is the same and after rubbing shoulders with some of the best in the business, you will soon be able to take your career to the next level.
Your role will be comprised of general responsibilities, including:
Management of appointment books.
Processing HICAPS claims and account management.
Liaising with patients and practitioners.
Data entry and mailing tasks.
Treatment planning and co-ordination.

Experience in general dental.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organisation and multi-tasking skills.

Team player who leads by example and takes pride in their work.
Bubbly, outgoing, and able to maintain a positive clinic atmosphere.
Proficiency in dental practice management software (Experience with Dental4Windows (D4W) is highly desirable but not essential)
The ability to integrate into a large practice and work with multiple practitioners.
