Dental Receptionist

Location: Mulgrave Centre
About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a warm and professional Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team at Mulgrave Centre. This is a full-time, permanent position with minimal weekend work, offering stability, flexibility and room to grow in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in creating a positive, welcoming experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing
Greeting and assisting patients in a professional, caring manner
Managing appointment schedules and patient flow
Processing payments and handling general administrative duties
Contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment
Helping deliver a perfect patient experience, every time
About You
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised and thrives on helping others. You will also have:
Experience as a Dental or Medical Receptionist (preferred)
Strong organisational and communication skills
A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
Empathy, professionalism and a passion for patient care
A high standard of punctuality and reliability
