What is the role?
In this role, you will be actively assist with patient issues working with providers to ensure they receive the best care possible.
Your duties will include:
Patient introductions and answering phone calls
Assist Patients with Payment Plans and work with their insurance companies.
Working with Management to achieve organizational goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need
Excellent Communicator to all levels both internally and patient-facing.
Great Organisational skills and ability to multitask
Able to support each team member to deliver
Attention to detail
Flexible and willing to learn
At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.

Pay: $26.00 – $31.00 per hour
