Dental Receptionist – Part-Time (Inner City)
We are a modern, friendly inner-city dental practice located close to public transport, seeking an experienced dental receptionist to join our team. Our long-term receptionist is going on maternity leave, and we are looking for someone to cover 2-5 days per week, with hours 9:00am–6:00pm. Ongoing position may be available for the right candidate
The Role Includes:
Managing incoming patient calls and front-desk enquiries
Booking appointments and assisting patients with treatment plans
General reception and administrative duties
Assisting with STERI and infection control
Occasional chair-side assisting (bonus if experienced)
Assisting with basic lab work (training provided), including polishing splints, printing 3D models, and polishing ceramic restorations if required
About You:
Minimum 1 year experience in dental reception (essential)
Chair-side assisting experience is a bonus
Reliable, friendly, and professional
Clear communicator, fluent in spoken and written English
Willing to learn and support the team where needed
