Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with professionalism and a smile
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer phones and respond to inquiries via email and voicemail
Verify insurance information and process billing
Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize the patient experience
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental)
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented
