Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes.
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar using GOLD software.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and patient information.
Process patient payments and handle insurance claims efficiently.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Manage Treatment plans and Recall bookings efficiently.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Skills
MUST have previous experience in the dental industry.
GOLD software a definite asset.
Familiarity with dental terminology.
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office setting preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Proficient in operating phone systems and front desk duties.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
