Description:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks and providing excellent customer service in a dental office setting.
FULL-TIME POSITION
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
- Managing referrals from dental and medical offices
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Verify insurance information and process patient billing
- Maintain electronic medical records accurately
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Keep the reception area organized and tidy
Experience
- Previous experience working in a dental office or medical office is preferred (especially dealing with insurance claims)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.63-$23.00 per hour
