Role Overview:
Full time
As a CAD/CAM dental technician , you will be responsible for the digital design and manufacturing of dental restorations using industry-leading software such as 3Shape and Exocad. You’ll work closely with technicians and clinicians to ensure accurate, functional, and aesthetic results.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricating full and partial dentures
Constructing mouth guards, crowns, metal clasps, inlays, bridgework and other dental aids
Repairing and relining denture bases
Design crowns, bridges, implant restorations, and other dental prosthetics using CAD software
Collaborate with technicians and dentists to ensure case accuracy and patient satisfaction
Prepare files for milling/3D printing and oversee digital workflow
Maintain and troubleshoot CAD/CAM equipment and software
Stay updated on new materials, technologies, and design techniques
Requirements:
Experience with dental CAD/CAM design software (e.g. 3Shape, Exocad, Dental Wings)
Strong understanding of dental anatomy and prosthetic principles
Excellent attention to detail and high standards of quality
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
Team player with good communication skills
Experience in denture fabrication

Pay: $75,000.00 – $94,000.00 per year
