Dental Technician – Removable Dentures
Based in Leederville | Full-Time | Lead Role

About Us
Dentistry Plus is a well-established, family-owned dental group with seven clinics and fully equipped in-house labs across Perth. We’re passionate about delivering accessible, high-quality care — and that starts with exceptional lab work.
We're now looking for a skilled and experienced Removable Denture, Dental Technician to lead the removable prosthetics division, including full and partial dentures, immediate dentures, relines, repairs, and mouthguards.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, leadership role based in our Leederville lab, with flexibility to support our other locations when needed. You’ll manage and support a small team of techs while delivering top-tier removable prosthetic work that makes a real difference in patients’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate full and partial dentures, immediate dentures, and repairs
Process and finish mouthguards and splints
Manage and oversee removable case workflow and timelines
Mentor and support junior technicians
Collaborate with dental prosthetists for shade matching, adjustments, and case reviews
Ensure consistency, comfort, and aesthetic quality in all removable work
Contribute to lab improvements, material selection, and workflow optimisation
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a prosthetic dental technician
Strong practical skills in acrylics, relines, and adjustments
Confident in immediates, partial designs, and mouthguards
Able to lead a team and take accountability for lab outcomes
Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude with clinicians
Flexible to work across multiple sites as needed
Australian working rights preferred, but sponsorship available for the right person
