Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient patient care by coordinating treatment plans, managing medical records, and providing exceptional administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of medical terminology, and proficiency in various electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Duties

Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure timely follow-up on care plans.
Manage patient scheduling and maintain accurate dental records.
Conduct insurance verification and assist with dental billing processes.
Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Provide administrative support including clerical tasks, filing, and front desk duties.
Utilize EHR systems Dentrix, or Eaglesoft for patient management.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options and services.
Assist with dental coding using ADA coding, and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
Handle phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient service delivery.
Skills

Proficient in dental terminology and coding .
Experience with Dentrix.
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and health information management.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive patient experience.
Bilingual skills are a plus to enhance communication with diverse patient populations.
Strong computer skills
Previous experience in a dental office environment or clinic setting is preferred.
Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is advantageous for dental treatment coordination.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation review and filing processes.
