Typical Schedule:

Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Knowledge of dental insurances
• Master the ins and outs of dental insurance
• Utilize Open Dental software like a pro
• Deliver top-notch customer service that leaves a lasting impression
• Schedule patients with ease and efficiency
• Create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient
• Ensure smooth and friendly patient checkouts
• Audit patient accounts with precision
• Stay on top of treatment plans, follow-ups, and patient cancellations to keep everything running smoothly
Experience:
• Dental receptionist: 1 year (Required)
• Dental terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Treatment Planner: 1 year (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
