Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants
Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels including social media, online platforms, and print media
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, documentation, and maintaining client records
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
Coordinate property management activities as needed to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations
Requirements
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Excellent marketing skills with knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse client populations are highly desirable
Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—along with organizational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously
Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional appearance and demeanor
Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one) as per local regulations
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment

Pay: $50,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
