Job Summary:
We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to accurately maintain and update company records related to production, dispatch, inventory, sales, and accounts. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working with data and office software.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data related to production, inventory, dispatch, and sales in the system.
Prepare and maintain daily reports, invoices, and delivery challans.
Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams for data collection.
Maintain filing systems—physical and digital—for easy retrieval of records.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered.
Generate MIS reports as required by management.
Assist in basic administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
1–2 years of data entry experience.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Basic communication skills and ability to coordinate with other departments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
