Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Key Accountabilities: . Incumbent would be responsible for the centralized operations team that supports the retail business of the Bank including both Branch Banking & Digi clients. . Team manages the entire gambit of products relating to Liability and Assets operations like Wealth Management, Personal Loans, Mortgages, etc. . Focus is on digitization of operations so that we can build scalable operations. . Manage the staff engagement for the team which located across Pune and Chennai. . Partner Business units in launching new products Experience . 15+ years of experience in consumer bank operations preferable in Indian market Education/Preferred Qualifications . Graduation from recognized university. Postgraduate would be preferred Core Competencies . Ability to conceive, design and manage the automation agenda. . Manage stakeholders including business teams, compliance and risk . Manage the expense budget and deliver on strategic cost management initiatives. . Establish an effective framework to proactively manage risks . Ability to develop talent in the team Work Relationship . Core working relationship with CBG Business unit o Business Heads & Branch Managers o Credit Control Unit o Technology o Audit o Compliance o Operational Risk . Strong working relationship with all units in India and within the Operations department itselfIndia-Tamil Nadu-Chennai
