In Australia and New Zealand it has a retail footprint of 10 stores, 8 Prada & 2 Miu Miu, which focus on creating an exceptional customer experience for all customers that walk through our doors.



One of our key stores based in New Zealand has an opening for a Department Manager to help lead a high performing team. The Department Manager will be responsible for all aspects of retail for the womenswear department including:



Develop the strengths of each staff member and support professional growth through training and coaching
Driving business performance through driving sales and effective KPI management, clientelling, private appointments, client outreach, in-store events, product knowledge and instilling performance accountability within the team
Maintaining the highest standards across the department operations including stock control, visual merchandising and back of house management
Partner with the relevant Head Office team to ensure boutique receives the best and most relevant support possible


We are looking for an experienced retailer who has the ability drive their people forward through empathy, a positive culture and a togetherness in the team.
