About the Role
As a Deployment Strategist, you’ll be on the frontlines of implementing Valon’s AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients. You will bridge technical execution and strategic implementation, working directly with customers to develop custom workflows and integrations that drive real business impact. This role is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and have a deep passion for AI and technology-driven problem-solving.
Responsibilities
End-to-End AI Deployment – Design, implement, and scale AI solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Technical Execution – Use Python and SQL to develop, customize, and troubleshoot AI workflows, data pipelines, and automation scripts.
Client Engagement – Work closely with clients to understand pain points, tailor solutions, and drive AI adoption. Travel to client sites as needed.
Cross-Team Collaboration – Partner with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into scalable software solutions and inform product roadmap decisions.
Strategic Problem Solving – Tackle complex operational challenges with a bias for action, ensuring our deployments deliver measurable results.
Ownership & Autonomy – Take full responsibility for the success of deployments, from early discussions to long-term client satisfaction and expansion.
Ideal Background
3+ years of experience in roles like deployment strategy, forward deployed engineering, data science, product management, consulting, or business operations.
Experience deploying AI-powered solutions and working with applied AI in a business setting.
Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments or high-growth technology companies.
Experience integrating software into enterprise workflows via APIs, data pipelines, or automation.
Willingness to travel (approx. 25–50% based on project needs).
