What The Role Is
The Deposit Operations Exceptions Specialist is responsible for the proper handling and completion of all activity relating to daily exception items.
How You Will Make An Impact
• Load checking/savings paper items into the Exception Item Processing system. ∙ Post/Return rejected ACH and Check debit/credit items
• Work ACH and Stop Pay Hit reports
• Chargeback Return Deposited Items via the IS Returns system
• Make GL entries based on pay/return decisions
• Monitor request received via OnBase
• Balance daily work
• Answer questions via phone or email from branches relating to exception items ∙ Assist with balancing Recon GL accounts
• Meet daily deadlines

• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows and Google environment
• Performs job functions accurately, completely, and in a timely manner
