Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at the Greene King site in Greenford, London.
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires working 5 days from 7, between the hours of 16:00 and 00:00.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate daily tasks, changes to working procedures, health and safety, and audit information to the shift team.
Complete accurate shift handovers with oncoming/off-going Team Leaders/Shift Manager.
Update the team on required targets, rates, and accuracy checks, providing training and feedback to colleagues, and taking action on poor performance as needed.
Requirements:
Experience leading a team within a fast-paced operation, such as FMCG, automation, and multichannel.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
