Job Description :
- We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to join our health insurance company in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales and operations of our branch in Mumbai. The candidate should have at least 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry in the agency channel.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives for the branch.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and other stakeholders in the insurance industry.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets and expenses to optimize profitability and productivity.
- Provide regular reports on branch performance, sales activities, and market trends to senior management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of sales experience in the insurance industry, preferably in the agency channel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
