Support the Chief Engineer in managing day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations to ensure smooth functioning of equipment, infrastructure readiness, and compliance with operational and safety standards.

Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)

 8+ years of professional experience post-qualification

 Experience in facility management, preferably in hospitality, catering, or manufacturing environments

 Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other engineering systems

 Familiarity with local codes, HACCP, safety norms, and statutory compliance requirements

 Good interpersonal and communication skills

 Flexibility to work in shifts and handle on-call duties as required

Assist in the execution and monitoring of preventive and planned maintenance schedules.

 Supervise contractors and ensure that all job orders are carried out with safety and precautionary measures in place.

 Assist in obtaining and analyzing quotations and technical proposals from vendors.

 Support the planning and allocation of engineering resources for routine operations and special tasks.

 Monitor discipline, productivity, and attendance of maintenance staff and ensure effective departmental administration.

 Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure all equipment and utilities are operational with minimal downtime.

 Maintain effective liaison with statutory authorities and utility service providers, as assigned by the Chief Engineer.

 Ensure that all necessary licenses, statutory documents, and NOCs are current and updated.

 Maintain engineering checklists and ensure compliance with HACCP and other quality assurance standards.

 Assist in tracking maintenance
