Professional Technical Qualification (PTQ): PTQ1: Demonstrated knowledge and experience managing a large and complex portfolio of federal facilities, including enterprise-wide facilities management, budgeting, planning, operations and maintenance, and oversight of renovation projects within historic structures that must remain operational while construction takes place
PTQ2: Demonstrated executive level experience maintaining communication and building cooperative working relationships with a range of diverse stakeholders, including other senior leaders within the organization, customers the organization serves, and may have included congressional oversight or comparable bodies
Responsibilities
