If you’re an experienced Duty or Assistant Manager looking to step up, this is your opportunity to grow and develop in all areas and gives you Christmas and New Year off, a rare treat in hospitality
The role is full time and permanent not seasonal
What You'll Be Doing:
Support the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations
Oversee guest services, lead by example, and inspire your team
Ensure smooth running across all departments
Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For:
Previous hands-on operational experience
Confident with team management
A flexible can-do attitude and drive to grow
Someone ready to step up and embrace a new challenge
Own transport preferred (we’re rural and public transport is limited)
Subsidised live-in accommodation available for the right candidate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £32,500.00 per year
