As the Chief Medical Officer, you will play a crucial role in the organization by leading the medical team and overseeing various health and safety programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all medical-related matters within the organization.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive health and safety programs to ensure workplace well-being.

- Overseeing the management of medical facilities, equipment, and resources to maintain optimal standards of care.
- Staying updated on industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends to enhance medical services continuously.
- Acting as a liaison with external medical providers, regulatory bodies, and community resources to support employee health initiatives.
- Conducting regular assessments, audits, and reporting to monitor the effectiveness of health and safety initiatives.
- Leading the development and delivery of medical training, workshops, and awareness campaigns for all employees.
- Participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes to align the medical function with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Education Qualification: MBBS+AFIH
- Experience: 8-13 years in the Metal, Power, Manufacturing, and Health Care industries.,
