What you’ll do
The Generalist Lawyer focuses upon the management and provision of legal advice and support across more than one specialist area, or provides legal administration services and support across more than one specialist area. Including case assessments, application preparations and negotiations?around complex contracts. The Lawyer will act as a legal expert across more than one specialist area.?
Recognised as a technical expert the Lawyer demonstrates a strong?legal?understanding across more than one specialist area and the implications of providing legal advice across wider Vodafone functions. ???
Typically reports to the Senior Lawyer or Lead of Generalist Law.
Who you are
• Provides�legal support and advice�to resolve problems and�identify solutions�through the application of acquired technical knowledge and experience;
• ??�Provides�the business with timely, first class, pragmatic legal support by�understanding the business needs�whilst mitigating key risks and challenges;
• �Holds direct responsibility�for�drafting contracts and supporting legal colleagues in�negotiations�with wider key business stakeholders;
• �??�Effectively�influences and persuades�wider business functions on applicable legal advice;
• ��As a technical expert possess legal knowledge and legal best practice to improve processes and services;
• ?�May provide informal guidance to junior staff.?�
